Excellent food variety!

An unexpected spa delight

The hotel boasts a fantastic spa area where I unwound after long days on the slopes. The generous buffet breakfasts were more than enough to fuel our adventures.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room didn't function well. Plus, the dining options could feel a bit repetitive after a few days.

I was upgraded to an a nice size room with excellent shower. The free parking was in the hotel, great service.

Hard to comment on the facilites of this particular hotel as it was literally used for a shower and a bed for the night for us - we didn't eat, drink etc etc in the hotel - Borovets is awesome if you dont mind cheap, fun and chearful - all these twats comparing it with the swiss alps and other premier restorts need not apply......you cant stay and ski there for this money!

Noisy corridors, thin walls, basic food variety.

The Hotel was clean and its location to the ski gondola was excellent, the rooms were cleaned daily and the ski depot staff were very helpful.The Hotel as a whole was a little dated.

The breakfast menu was a bit lacking, with a very limited choice, also found the reception area always full of cigarette smoke due to its open plan design and bar.

Quiet area, very central location close to other ski lifts and the restaurant with cash. Around 4-6 minutes' walk from Cottage Farm Alino.

Very rude staff!

I was stunned by the noisy kids running wild during my peaceul stay, don't they have a play area? The staff at the restaurant could easily win awards for being unhelpful, what an accomplishment! I expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but clearly. That was too much to ask. I just couldn't leave a good review.

The hotel features a cozy lounge area with a warm fireplace.

I found the bathroom to be quite tiny and outdated. Ventilation was poor. The selection of vegetarian and fish dishes was lacking and lower in taste compared to the buffet offerings.

For the money a good & clean hotel

Lack of lifts but wasn't a personal irritation. Also surrendering passport, but that's not peculiar to this hotel

Recommend it for families with kids

The location is great for the gondola, and my group got to enjoy a beautiful walk back to the hotel after a long day on the slopes. The food was quite decent, and I especially liked how the staff didn't mind us asking for extra chips one night after a rough day on the snow.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still felt worth it in the end.

Room is clean and comfort

Hotel staff is unlikely to help. During our stay, it was raining. So we considered to change the travel plan. When we asked her to help to search the bus schedule to other places (web-site is provided by us), she wanted to stick to her facebook rather than talking to us. Don't expect anything from this hotel except a room with bed.

It was just far enough, but not too far, from the crowded main street.

The hotel offered a comfortable stay with a cozy atmosphere, and it was perfectly located near the gondola. The spa facilities were great for relaxation, although the bathroom could use an update.
